Then the BLOODY incident that happened in the Quirino Grand Stand wouldn't have happened. The SWAT Team really needs more training and equipments. I don't know if they just forgot to wear a mask (isn't this SOP?) or there are no AVAILABLE mask at all...
What happened was really depressing... the whole world now knows how poor the tactics of the SWAT Team is. That "massacre" will also have a great effect on the tourist that visits our country... But like what I have read in one of the blogs, "One bad guy doesn't make all the Filipinos bad...."
